Summary:
In this session, we will cover all the different ways the employer community and the child support community interact and communicate (IWO, VOE, NMSN, Terminations, Payments). Also covered will be, the different electronic resources for employers developed by the OCSE to make communication easier between child support agencies and employers.
Bio:
Dorothy Webb is on the Employer Services team from the Office of Child Support Enforcement. She serves as the lead for the e-NMSN program as well as the Employer Portal. Prior to her time with OCSE, Dorothy worked for Indiana’s Child Support Bureau as well as the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Child Support Division. Dorothy is in her 22nd year of supporting the child support program.
Speaker # 2: Kelly Westfall, CPP, GPD Group

This session will provide tools and resources for success in simplifying your processes and maintaining compliance. Learn what steps you need to take in setting up Ohio taxes at all levels. You will also learn to accurately determine school district taxes and better understand Workplace Tax vs. Residence Tax and the impact on both the employer and the employee.

Bio:
Kelly Westfall is the Head of Payroll of GPD Group, one of the largest multi-state Architect and Engineering Firm headquartered in Akron, Ohio. She transitioned from HR to the Payroll Field over 12 years ago and has gained experience during this time in multiple areas of the payroll, ranging from Union Payroll, to processing Payroll Taxes in house, being responsible for Payroll Accounting and more.
Kelly is a Certified Payroll Professional, a National Member of PayrollOrg, and serves on the board of her local Payroll Chapter, the Greater Akron Canton Payroll Association. She volunteers at PayrollOrg and serves on the Government Task Force for State and Local Tax. She is Vice President of Education for Wadsworth Toastmasters Club as well a national member of ITC. She enjoys giving back to communities in a variety of ways which includes attending Fundraising Events such as Where Love Grows.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her fiancé as well as traveling to state and national parks, then finding their local chili dog or pizza restaurant, or even a local ice cream stand. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her nephews either at their sporting events or at their monthly dinners.
