Bio: George is a seasoned financial services & payments executive with over two decades in the industry. As a member of the executive team, Mavrantzas serves as brand ambassador for Round Table's suite of financial products. In addition, he devises & executes strategic decisions for the business and delivers thought leadership and on-site presentations.

Bio: Megan is an executive compensation and employment tax subject matter specialist with over 10 years of experience serving a diverse array of clients across various industries and in corporate transactions. Megan is currently a senior manager with Deloitte's Global Employer Services tax group and previously worked in Deloitte’s Washington National Tax practice. She recently returned to Deloitte after two years as a General Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Employment Tax Branch 1, where she also served as Assistant to the Branch Chief. Megan specializes in nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity-based compensation arrangements, employment taxes, and tax issues related to deductibility and payroll processing. Megan is an attorney licensed in Washington, D.C. Marisa Rotino
Bio: Marisa leads global engagements for large multinational companies in the Technology & FSI industries, focusing on payroll reporting and tax compliance. During her 17-year tenure at Deloitte, she has served as an extension of Client payroll and global mobility teams to ensure payroll is accurately processed and compensation is reported in compliance with statutory requirements in close to 60 global jurisdictions. Marisa also helps her clients transform their processes to drive efficiencies, reduce spend and enhance the overall mobility experience. Most recently, her focus has shifted to aligning talent and processes across Deloitte to create a seamless go to market experience for multijurisdictional payroll clients.
