Bio: 

As a Tax Partner at Sparks, MD based SC&H Group, James leads a team of highly skilled tax specialists to service clients' planning and compliance needs. James' areas of expertise include business and individual tax planning & compliance, entity structuring, M&A consulting, and succession / estate planning.

With an extensive background servicing real estate clients, pass-through entities and high-net worth families, James is uniquely suited to assist clients in achieving their business and family goals.  James has taught as an Associate Professor and guest lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, Towson University, and Loyola University.

James and his wife, Heather, have two children, Jack (4) and Madison (2). In his spare time he enjoys gardening and travelling to warm sunny places.

Cancellations are allowed up to the deadline for the early registration date and are subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00. Cancellations after this date are not refundable and the full cost of the event is due.  All refunds are issued by check from the CCPA made out to to the original registering party.

2. You can register others for the meeting by selecting the desired number of Member or Non-Member tickets.  Paid members may purchase tickets for members or non-members.  Non-members may only purchase non-member tickets.
3. If you're a member registering other members, once you've selected your tickets, use the drop down to select the member(s) you want to register.  By default, your name will populate for each ticket .  The list is sorted alpha by last name.
4. For non-members, type in the name and email address (optional) of each attendee.
5. Once you've selected (or typed in) your attendees, click "Continue" to complete your payment.
6. Each attendee will receive a registration confirmation email.
